The car was so dirty! And dented all over the body. tires were bald! it had 50,000 miles on it! Bad news! Gross!

The staff were great. Very friendly and helpful. The vehicle was also very clean.
Cons:The woman who helped us at the counter was really nice and efficient. We got a nice car that we really enjoyed driving during our stay
Pros:Rental was 1.5hrs late. Was supposed to be ready at 11am. I didn't receive it til 1230. The line was 20 people long. The excuse why the suv was not ready, was other people got there before I did. The 4 runner was in bad shape. Shook like crazy 60-75mph. The cigarette 12v outlets didn't work.
