We flew into Orlando International but our drop off was mistakenly set for Sandford International and Dollar was great about switching the drop-off to Orlando International. We will definitely rent from Dollar again. Friendly staff, clean cars.
Cons:Excellent experience!
Only negative was the amount of time it took waiting in line to pickup car. Waited in line for at least 30 mins before being seen at counter.
Lot of hidden fees and no transparency on what you paid for online vs what you pay for in person. Had more transactions after dropping off the vehicle with no warning.
Car was good. A tire needed balancing. Could be felt at expressway speeds. Windshield washing fluid empty. Drop off signs not easily visible in the dark. Had to go arround.
