It took 45 minutes after check-in for Dollar to get us into a vehicle (even though we had a PAID reservation), and when they did it was an older van that whined at every acceleration and drove like a tank. Won't use them again.

We literally waited an hour in a long line to pick up our car. There were two agents working. They both looked bored and were not working quickly at all. There were twenty people in the line. When we finally got served we were told that the type of car we had reserved wouldn't be available for 20-30 minutes, or we could pay more for an upgrade. My spouse and I are retired and have traveled for 40+ years together. This is the worst pickup we have ever experienced. However, the car was fine and return was easy.

Did not get the Car class I reserved, standard, but was given a compact. Rude attendants. Tires had low air pressure. Horrible experience!

They didn’t have the car I ordered and I opted for a smaller car, which somehow doubled the price. When we questioned the rental agent about that price increase she switched it back to a comparable sized vehicle which made the charges less than my original rental!
