24 hour service would have been helpful as our flight was delayed and didn’t land until 4am, and the place didn’t open until 7am.
Staff were so friendly. The computer system in Honolulu wasn’t communicating correctly with my drop off in Kailua, this added about an hour to our wait. Staff were great but it was a bit tiring after a long flight.
Check in was great. The car I received provided all that I needed. Great customer service
