Truly exceptional customer service!
Staff was friendly and helpful even though we arrived at 11:00 pm. Car I selected was there and ready for me.
Covid cancellations ruined my trip. Sixt made no effort to make exceptions or accommodate, continuing to cite their policy document. Impossible to get anyone on the phone.
Cons:First, they sent the final bill late (supposed to be within 24 hours) and second, they overcharged me for the rental. They said they were out of the car I reserved and asked if I wanted a free upgrade. We of course said, "yes," and 2.5 days after we returned the car found out we were overcharged. Be wary.
Pros:Agent recommended upgrade due to number of people in party and luggage. He was very helpful. Volvo SUV, very nice. Easy access to shuttle to and from airport.
Cons:License plate from Florida expired the day we were turning car in. When turning car in agent said they were aware and had a month extension. This information would have been nice to be noted on the receipt that we received at start of rental. Otherwise everything good, no complaints.
