I prepaid for my reservation. Upon arriving I was endlessly bombarded with “upgrades”, including an upgrade to a BMW 2, when I had prepaid for a BMW 3! Once we settled on the car, they informed me they couldn’t complete the transaction and handed me a pamphlet with a phone number for customer service. They said I would have to call and resolve the issue over the phone. What the issue was they couldn’t say. Fine, I called the number. Surprise, it was out of service. So I had to rent from another company. Upon finding a way to contact SiXT via email (no phone numbers to be located anywhere), I asked for a refund. I was told that due to sound business practices they were not going to issue a refund. Wow!

Excellent service staff was great . I did not like that no one checks cars for damage when picking up we found out later there was a small black mark on seat that was not listed . We tried to call the 800 number was impossible to get through . Had to drive back to airport next day to report it so we would not be charged . Other than that was pleased with everything else . Would rent again .

The entire transaction from start to finish went smoothly. Quick pick up and drop off at Ft Myers airport. Car was more than adequate for my business needs for 3 weeks now n Florida. Had to purchase a lot of stuff for new home out there and it was perfect.
