Drop off at the airport was very inconvenient, next day the car rental company called me and asked me to return the vehicle and charge me $100.00 per day 3 different times and nobody knew where the vehicle was. I am still waiting for a final invoice
The lady at the counter did not honor my car reservation. The reaso, "there were not cars avalaible" even though she was ofering car option to the customer in front of me. No respect, not prefesionalism is expected at this rental location.
