Boarding was quick we ended up taking off earlier. Staff was great. As for food, there are only snacks available and no entertainment

Flight was on time. We arrived beforehand. We had to wait for a gate. It was all good. Staff was very pleasant.

Main problem wa when we had to change our departure from St. John airport due to my husband having to get back for one of his parishioners. He is a priest. When we started trying to change from Tuesday to Sunday it looked like it would be less than $200 altogether but by the end as it took so long between kayak and porter the seats cost over a thousand dollars. We paid it and I understand it is hard to switch but the process was really hard and inconsistent in terms of information. E Kooperkamp
