Center console compartment was totally of cigarette ashtray smell. Everything I put in there, including all of my masks, had to be trashed because it was like putting it on directly from an ashtray. Totally disgusting. Budget Rent-A-Car only gave me $20 coupon code in response to this. Truly sucks. I had a pregnant wife and a two-year-old toddler in the car the entire trip. Also the front right bumper kept snapping off
Car worked great. The drop off was a bit confusing - had to bring it to a different office and drop keys in the drop box.
Pros:Staff was lovely, wish they had a few more folks working that day because the line was long.
The experience was awful. They gave me a wrong car and when I went back to change it the worker was very very rude and didn’t want to help us. Tried to explain to the workers that because of their mistakes I can’t get the car back in time because I lost a lot of time bringing the car back because they were closed for 6 hours and I got my car last minute. I was a very bad experience and I would never ever get a car from them.
The lady at the pickup was very unhelpful for the insurance options. She made us worried although we have coverage. We almost done double insurance with charging $51 per day
