The service was quick and easy. The customer service was excellent!
The staff was friendly, however my reserved car was not available and I had to wait 1 hour on a list to fill out paperwork for a substitute vehicle that I did not even request. I missed my sons wedding rehearsal because of this delay
Ask for Jason when in San Jose!!! He was a very helpful young man with lots of great traveling tips!! Thanks Jason, who assisted me with the drop off!!🤙🏾
A strange thing - upon checkout, we were warned that the car must come back in the same condition we rented it! No trash, cleaned. So another $45 and an hour at the car wash. But other than that, it was a great vehicle at a fantastic price! And I got my full deposit back, no problem.
