Total scam on the coverage!!! We paid $1000 for our 10 day rental and at the time of pick up were told the insurance was not included and that would be an additional $39 per day minimum. Plus all these extra taxes and fees we were stuck with a $700 bill on top of the $1000. There is no way their coverage is worth $40 per day for the baseline. We could have paid less money at a nicer rental car company and not had to stand in line for an hour and a half to get our car at pick up. Terrible experience.
Pros:Staff at front desk and car exit were both helpful and friendly

Cons:More people needed to be working at pickup. Waiting for 30 minutes isnt fun.
Pros:The staff at San Jose airport were the best I ever worked with!!!! They helped get us in the right vehicle for 6 people and luggage. The manager at San Jose airport on Friday, June 11, 2014 was especially helpful, efficient and kind. I was so impressed with this company!
