The car was great, no complaints. And the lady at the pick up counter went out of her way to make sure everything was right- kudo's to her. My one issue was when I called to ask about shuttles returning to the airport from the Car Rental Center about a mile and a half away. We had an early flight (5:40 am) and I was told the shuttle didn't start until 6:00 am. This didn't seem logical, I couldn't see you doing that to your customers, but he insisted. That means I could drop off the car and put the key in the drop box, but have no way to get to the airport in time for my flight without taking a taxi, Uber, or Lyft??? I suppose I could walk it through Oakland, CA at night, with one of the highest crime rates in the country. I wouldn't look like a target at all to the gang bangers in my cowboy hat and boots, dragging a suitcase, with my wife and daughter trailing behind dragging theirs... I'm sure we'd blend right in. Thankfully, he was wrong- the shuttle did run as logic would dictate. But he had me in panic mode scrambling for options. May I suggest updated training and reference materials. I was ready to blackball Fox Rentals from all my future business and personal travel.
