Pros:Drop off was easy

Cons:Had an early pick up and agent was less than friendly regarding same. Seemed annoyed. Forced to upgrade for rental that was paid for months in advance.

The pick up process at IAH needs improvement. For clients who booked and paid for their reservations in advance, I don’t believe they should be waiting in line with walk in clients. Other than the pick up process. I would also like to give special thanks to Emma and Aaliyah W who was very helpful and supportive in making my rental experience pleasurable in helping to resolve my vehicle NAV issue.

The absolute worst customer service and experience ever at a Rental Car company. Never rent from these people. Had to go get a car with Hertz because they screwed up the reservation. Absolute worst in the world!
