People people need to wait for their time to board and not line up in the walkway of the terminal. You would think with air travel being a few years old would find an efficient and less stressful way to board planes.

The air crew on the plane were good. The big problem is the second security point that you have to do to get into the gate waiting area. They opened late and made the flight late.

I am very dissatisfied with this airline. I missed my flight due to poor and confusing airport signage, despite arriving at the airport well in advance. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this airline.
