Mostly friendly employees, choice of snacks and beverages. Although on one of the flights there was only one snack left out of three.

I was traveling with a toddler and I'm used with other airlines that they give the kid a small package (which include things to keep them busy, e.g. coloring book). This wasn't the case with United Airlines

Plane was overbooked, familiy was seperated and food ran out. Otherwise ok. Crew was friendly.
