Cancelled my flight two hours before it was due to take off. I had a morning flight so when I landed I had time to drive to my accomodation 6 hours away. I got to my destination airport at 8pm after my replacement flight was delayed two hours. No support, no compensation, no apology, just a few generic emails, oh and when I tried to send a complaint on the Virgin website it kept giving me an error message. We were told the flight was cancelled due to not enough flight crews. How is it legal to sell tickets for flights you don't have staff too. The delay was weather. So angry!!
