The crew was very friendly and attentive. I had a lot of trouble watching a movie though. The voice track was not working at all. The crew reset the TV monitor twice with no success. Finally I was given a headphone set from the business class and this corrected the problem. It just took about an hour before that solution was made. I didn't get to finish my movie because of that.

we were concerned about the length of time we would be onboard from Perth - Paris but the movies and entertainment were good so the time went quickly and the flight was ahead of time.

Pretty mediocre flying experience. The crew don’t really seem to be very customer focussed. Don’t bother asking for your water bottle to be refilled. They are not interested in interacting at all. The food is terrible. I returned my dinner meal tray. The food looked unappetising and tasted awful - l did no more than taste a small forkful and packed the food up again. I managed my breakfast tray as I opted for fruit and yoghurt. Next time I will take my own food.

The plane was very good. The elderly woman next to me could not get warm. Her hands were icy cold at the end of the 5-hour flight.
