My experience with American was great. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. For the cost, the seats were not quite as spacious or comfortable as I was expecting, but the service made up for that.

Seat pitch is ok when upright but as soon as the person in front reclines then the space shrinks to nothing and the screen height becomes ridiculously low. Seat comfort is poor on medium-long haul. Food isn’t anything to write home about nor are the entertainment options. Ground crew at BKK service desk are wonderful and very helpful.
