Despite having a reservation, the Hertz rep in Otta had no car. Fortunately, he was able to contact Enterprise and arrange for me to get a car there. I don’t know what happened, but the lack of a car was completely unacceptable.

I paid for the rental in advance based on pickup in Bergen and drop-off in Oslo. When I picked up the car in Oslo, I was charged an extra ~$200 for the one way itinerary.

The kiosk where you pick up the vehicle is not easy to find. After asking several people where it, it was broken, had to take a cab to their office 2 hours later and then 4 hours after getting to the kiosk finally got the keys to the car

We really enjoyed our experience renting a car from Sixt while we were visiting Norway. We enjoyed the Toyota Yaris we rented and the staff was very pleasant and helpful. We wood highly recommend their services.

The type car was not available in our original price range. Added expenses we should have looked for surprised us so it made for a bad experience. I’ll check details better next time I rent a car. 😔
Desk closed at pickup time, we had to wait 2 hours until the opening.

When we wanted to drop off no one was at the entry point to return back and to approve that everything is fine The cars were broken we switched 3 cars in the pick up because all of them were missing a light

We were impressed with the agents that we had. They were VERY patient with us while we kept changing what car we wanted. It turned out that the original car they offered us was a great choice. We could not have been happier with the car and the excellent service by them. Great

We got charged over $1000 US dollars for minor scratch marks that we probably didn’t even charge. It’s pure robbery to charge us for scratches on the inside floor by the door. Who looks there and takes pictures. And the tire rims? We didn’t hit anything. I am floored a company will flat out be a crook and charge $1000 for scratches we didn’t cause. Unreal. And they won’t communicate with us. Such poor service.

My flight on Friday 15th feb . Was cancelled by my airline . I was unable to find an alternate flight until the next day . I emailed in to say I would be collecting my hire car . When I arrived an a later flight . I found my car has been re let . My money taken and no spare cars to give me . I feel let down . Robbed off my money and no assistance at all from anyone to compensate me for this . I ask that this matter be looked at please . It is not fair that due to no fault of my own . My hire car money has gone . I had to pay again to another company to hire a car at great expense
The pickup process was longer than normal but the staff was friendly The drop off location was permanently closed but no notification was provided at the airport pickup 2 days earlier. The key drop was an electronic complicated type with no English. Someone helped with it that knew how it worked

Cleanliness of the vehicle and ready to go, getting the car you request it is a plus, but it is a big but with the counter service, very slow and lock of personal, at the pick time took me to long to get it and I was forced to drop off the car's key on the drop off box, because was a long line and a limited personal assistance at the counter really make it a little unpleasant, not sure if everything will be alright with my bill. Could not wait for assistance at the moment of returned the key because had to catch my flight.

Tried extending but same again - noone to talk to. Drove to airport to talk to them and noone at budget desk. No online extending function
