Plane was delayed I missed my connection to Heathrow on BA Missed my BA connection to Dublin The Logan agent told me it was BA’s problem and not Logan’s A kind BA agent got me a flight from Glasgow to Dublin.

The flight was absolutely awful. My Saga class ticket that I paid for, and I was given a broken seat and a monitor that didn’t work for inflate entertainment.
