Vietnam Airlines was perfect, but the ticket seller doesn’t put in our trip check in baggage at our last flight with this airline.

No lounge access despite millions miler elite plus Vietnam Airlines manager was rude and not trying to assist at all

This flight is very short commute so there was no food or entertainment so I marked it just as a neutral but otherwise I like Vietnam Airline. The flight left on time it was a good flight also. I like the colour of the Jets the flight attendant uniforms and the airline has nice seats with legroom and is a good airline I would fly them again for sure.

The tickeds was cancelled, 4 times and I had to book to another city. Momondo kept notifying me about my siem reap trips,, even after I deleted the trips from the app. I never went, because I couldent go to siem reap as planned. So it was all a poor experience to say the least
