You need to take a second shuttle to their place. The line was long and the customer representatives seemed slow. They charge you your deductible in your credit card if you don’t want to pay for their insurance. Lastly, he made me sign the document that said the car was in perfect condition and didn’t give me information about verifying if that was correct. He didn’t mention anything about the gas. When I returned the car, the person receiving the car showed me a crash dent in the back left side of the car that I never saw. Luckily he was able to track that previous customer returned the car without that crash. I will never rent from them again. They didn’t explain things or verification that is essential. Now I now for next time.

kayak deal was too good to be true.... $9.96 rate diverted to be booked thru priceline... priceline cover sheet shows unlimited mileage only to check in and be told... that does not apply to FL residents based on miniscule fine print from the supplier site whose info was buried behind several clicks... costed be added $39 at check in as FL residents get max of 50miles.... this transaction should have been honored as unlimited based on the priceline offer whom i signed with.... feels like a bate and switch deal. for future will only book these with direct name car rentals I usually use

Did not get a car that company is a scam and try to get us to pay exuberance amount of money that no other car rental company even come close to charging a $2500 deposit to be exact plus additional money for insurance witch we already have and I took pictures to proof.

This place is a scam. We lost the $100 from the reservation since the place increased the price up $700. This people just want to steal the reservation money since the price increase is absurd. We ended frustrated looking for another rental . Never again . Not recommended

Horrible experience, I waited over an hour to see a rep but there's was only one rep and it was taking over 30 minutes with each customer. Thanks to the long wait I was late to my business conference and decided walk away without the rental and ended up taking an Uber.
