To actually have some light darkness nearly the hole 13 hours apart from eating the food 2 drinks in the 13 hours hardly ever seen staff apart from when they had to sit down for the turbulence overall very poor really not everyone wants to sleep for the hole flight would of been nice if the staff came around 0nce every couple of hours and asked if you needed anything but nothing

Pros:Check in is easy. Everything went smoothly. Food is like a roll stuffed with chicken and sauce. Really good actually. Kinda like a mini chicken bake from Costco They also have arcade games and a remote

Great service from crew throughout the flight. Only con was the boarding process, which was chaotic and disorderly. Had to be put on a packed bus to get to plane. Ground crew did not do a good job of controlling people getting onto the bus. Other airline(s) have designated bus for elderly, disabled, passengers and business class passengers.
