Pros:Take off & Landing was excellent
Cons:Decending was very smooth

Absolutely everything about this flight experience was awful. My flight was initially cancelled due to Hurricane Ida, but at no point did I feel the customer service was aimed at helping me find a way home to New Orleans. My flight was then changed again last minute without any warning or timely communication, removing me from the flight altogether and rescheduling me, (again, without my consent or knowledge) for a flight to Baltimore for the next day. Still trying to figure out why they thought that was a good choice, taking me even further away from my originally planned destination and now devastated home. The gate agents were overwhelmed with the number of disgruntled and confused passengers (I was not the only one who was switched to a different flight without consultation) and were frankly unprepared for the number of passengers who now needed assistance, further delaying the boarding process & flights for everyone onboard. I learned my lesson trying to save a few extra bucks. I will never fly Spirit again.

Pros:There was nothing to like the experience was horrendous from beginning to now and it’s still not over.
Cons:The lack of empathy from the employees, the lack of professionalism from the company itself, the lack of organization from the company and employees. My flight to Boston was delayed which then resulted in me missing my flight to Panama. Upon boarding the flight from Boston to FLL the flight attendant said I would miss my connecting flight to Panama, but when I arrived to FLL I was told I would have had plenty of time to make my flight. Following these events my luggage was misplaced and is still missing, I had no other choice but books a hotel to stay the night until the next flight to Panama which is at 11 P.M. tonight which is coming out of pocket and expense I feel should be covered by the airline. To add insult to injury I was just informed that I would have to check out by 12 Noon today even though my flight isn’t until 11 that same evening

Pros:The flight was on time and the seat was comfortable and also the flight attendant was very friendly and helpful.

EVIL SPIRIT It was only a 3hr flight so we didn't care about the comfort or ameneties to save a few bucks. Got boarding passes 24 hrs in advance, then departure time changed no less than 6 times before we took off. Spirit "customer service?" didn't even know. Transport from our hotel got re-arranged several times and we ended up sitting in the airport for extra hours (with little ones). Minimal staff on baggage check created long lines. Rude boarding clerk said "next time, print your boarding passes" (tough from a hotel room). Very Rude flight attendant (a feeble old man named Pasqual) threatened during boarding to throw off anyone who didn't wear their mask properly "you'll have to find another way to Hartford, but it won't be on Spirit". And "don't try to eat a bag of chips for 6 hrs. That won't work here" That was a general announcement, not directed at anyone in partiucular. Several other snide remarks. It's fair that a discount airline cut some corners on the extras, but it doesn't cost anything for courteous staff. Our Frontier flight to Orlando was excellent but we picked Spirit for the retun trip for a better departure time, which didn't work out anyway. Next time it's Frontier round trip!
