Purchased a ticked from Kayak. Kayak bundled an Ultrabasic fare with an extended comfort seat upgrade option. Doing this still shows the ultrabasic category and does not allow ultrabasic fares to bid on first class. Check in at first did not allow us carry on but because of extended comfort allowed us carry on. Leaving Mexico same thing but they did not give us the seats we paid for and would not allow us to have a carry on because they moved us out of the extended comfort category Terrible on you Kayak. Terrible experience

We had to fight to get on this flight, after being cancelled by West Jet, the reputed home via Mexico, they said the flight was full. The ground crew boarding did nothing, and did not control boarding. Many passagners, including us, required assistance and they did not get it.
