No one was helpful helping with my grandmother and I sitting together. I am underage and should have been sitting with an adult whom I was traveling with to Spain. They let me sit in the middle of two strangers and did not make my experience go well at all.

Planes are to small for long flights.

It was great. The only problem we had was we booked seats 1 and 3 J (via Kayak), but when we got there wound up with 4D n 5J. The ticket counter was super nice, very apologetic, but could not do anything about it. A nice gentleman traded seat with my wife, so it was even better, as I got to sit beside her. The seats are comfortable, the food yummie and the service was top notch.

Entertainment system needs upgrade, most of movies don’t work and headphones jack is broken
